Every effort will be made to ensure that you get the apartment you reserved, but due to booking conditions, you may be assigned another apartment of in the same price category. An upgrade to a more expensive apartment may occur without extra charges to you.
All prices are final when booked and include all taxes. Credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) details are needed for a confirmed booking. Credit card charges are made in Icelandic currency (ISK). Currency fluctuations between Icelandic kronur and foreign currency can happen.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel up to two weeks in advance of your planed arrival. After that we reserve the right to charge you for the day's you have booked if we can not find a replacement booking. Even then we will only charge the number of day's that a cancellation leaves empty.
Choose an apartment according to its rate (in icelandic Kronur) or to its main feature.

Small studio on the street side. Private bathroom and kitchenette. Sleeps 1 - 2 in a double bed + 1 in an extra bed. Extra bed not possible in apartment 405.

It's not in the main building but in our completely renovated house down at Laugavegur 8, a two minute walk from our main building. The apartment does not face the main street so it's sheltered from street noise on Friday and Saturday nights.

Our biggest apartment is in our new and completely renovated house down at Laugavegur 8, a two minute walk from our main building.
It has 5 bedrooms. 3 of the bedrooms sleep 2 people and 2 bedrooms sleep 3 people each. There is a large kitchen with living room area. From the other living room there is an access to a private balcony. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower.
This apartment is on the 3rd floor - no elevator.
